Treatment
The initial goal of the treatment is to increase blood volume with salt and fluid intake. Fluid adds volume to the blood and salt keeps the fluid in your blood. Measured, vigorous daily aerobic exercise is also essential in the process of getting better. Usually, a beta-blocker is prescribed to tighten blood vessels to help blood circulate. A good support system is also important to the mental part of the treatment process: sleep (at least 9 hours), school, and safety. It is also helpful to set goals and prioritize your activities so your recovery plan goes along as smoothly as possible.
